As a Data Scientist – Workforce Analytics, you will build scalable analytics and predictive models that power Strategic Workforce Planning across Allianz Technology. Your work will turn complex workforce datasets into actionable insights, data products, and decision support tools that improve talent outcomes, productivity, and cost efficiency while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and ethics. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct in-depth data analysis and exploratory studies on workforce datasets from People Culture, payroll, learning, time attendance, and finance systems to uncover trends and insights that support Strategic Workforce Planning. /liliLead scenario modeling for Strategic Workforce Planning, including developing forecasting and optimization models for headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and capacity planning. /liliDesign and curate reusable dashboards and self‑serve data products for People Culture and business leaders, ensuring a single source of truth and strong data governance. /liliEstablish model documentation, validation, monitoring, and MLOps practices to maintain accuracy, fairness, and stability. /liliEnsure responsible use of workforce data by applying privacy‑by‑design, access controls, and anonymization aligned with applicable regulations and Allianz standards. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli4+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics with proven delivery in workforce planning, people analytics, or financial planning domains. /liliStrong proficiency in Python and SQL. /liliExperience with notebooks and data frameworks such as pandas and PySpark, and version control (Git). /liliExperience in BI and data visualization with Power BI and data storytelling for executive stakeholders. /liliExperience integrating data from People Culture and operational systems; strong data modeling and data quality mindset. /liliMachine learning knowledge would be a plus. /liliYou thrive on thinking outside the box and bringing fresh perspectives to data analysis and strategic planning. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pWe offer a hybrid work model that balances in‑person collaboration and remote working.
