Deja tu Huella – Communications & Intern
What do we offer?
Participation in a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the pharmaceutical industry.
11 months internship at Roche, with challenging projects and pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.
On‑the‑job training working on key projects with your designated department Monday to Thursday and attending in‑person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.
Main location: Madrid. Applications from all over Spain are accepted. Relocation will be required as part of the program expectations.
Office attendance expected (with some flexibility) to enjoy the connection to colleagues, network and get exposure.
Mentorship by a Roche tutor, who will give continuous feedback to develop professional skills. Mentors are Roche's senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

What is the main purpose of this internship?
Ideation, development, and implementation of the positioning plan and corporate narrative of Roche Farma España, both nationally and across ecosystems, as well as planning and development of Corporate Social Responsibility actions in collaboration with Internal Communication.
Responsibilities of the intern
Assist in the design and execution of communication plans for specific therapeutic areas (e.g., Neuroscience, Ophthalmology).
Draft, edit, and adapt high‑quality content (press releases, internal news, talking points) related to clinical milestones and product launches.
Create engaging assets for social media and digital platforms, ensuring scientific data is communicated clearly and creatively.
Support the management of press conferences, scientific forums, and patient advocacy initiatives.
Analyze the impact of our therapeutic area communications and stay ahead of healthcare trends in the Spanish market.
What we are looking for
Graduate or currently finishing a degree in Information Sciences (communications, journalism, etc.).
Training and/or experience in health communication is desirable.
High capacity for communication and public relations.
Skill and speed in creating and composing texts, ability to obtain and edit videos and images, and deep knowledge of the main social networks.
Proactive and curious candidates who want to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.
Flexible talent who adapts to changes and collaborates with teams in a network organization.
Advanced level of communication in English and Spanish.
Desirable: international experience as a student or working abroad.
Passion for improving the lives of patients and motivation to give the best of yourself in an innovative and challenging environment.
Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2026 to August 2027.
International students must have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
