The role manages the technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support of utility-scale BESS projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Handover from Sales / PresalesTake ownership of projects after commercial contract closure.Review project scope including:System designGrid requirementsPerformance guaranteesProject schedulesAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy.Project Execution & DeliveryManage the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards.Manage project risks and coordinate issue resolution.Commissioning & Grid IntegrationOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:System energizationGrid compliance testingPerformance testingWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration.Ensure successful handover to operations.Operations Support & Service ManagementCoordinate post-commissioning support and service activities.Manage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance.Monitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed.Interface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics.Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary technical contact between:CustomersEPC contractorsOEM suppliersInternal teamsEnsure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders.QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.Strong understanding of:Grid integrationPower systemsEnergy management systemsHigh-voltage systemsSkillsStrong project management and coordination skills.Knowledge of grid compliance and power system integration.Ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving ability.Willingness to travel to project sites.
