The delivery engineer collaborates with sales,delivery and R&D. The DE is responsible for deploying proofs ofconcept and projects delivery.The delivery engineer is expected to: Focus in efficiently deliver projects and provide post-implementation support and solutions to Viewtinet customer base.Thisinvolves implementation of Technical Solutions using Viewtinetapplications HW and SW on customer and attending to post-sales andpost-implementation technical/ Sales inquiries from customer.Interact with our development team to solve issues when requiredAbilityto work as a team player as well as on own initiative, helping todevelop new functionalities in Viewtinet products to automate deliveryas much as possible.Capability to explain our products to customers and configure policies, alarms, events, dashboards, etc. Experience Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in delivery engineer in other vendors or system integrators in IT or IoT technologies. Requirements Knowledge of IP networking. How it works IP networks. Routing protocols, DNS, DHCP.Knowledge of cybersecurity systems, firewalls, proxies, etc.Understandingor familiar with data sources like: syslog, SNMP, Netflow, xDRs, CDRsand other similar data sources including IoT ones.Configuration and set up of servers and other vendors appliances.UNIX/ Linux administration including installing, configuring and troubleshooting linux servicesFamiliar with some of the following would be an advantage: Shell scripting, Virtualisation, Docker, Kubernetes.Understading of the following languages: C++, Java or PythonBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / IT Engineering or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
