Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Demand Planning across Europe, shaping a single, data-driven view to guide commercial, supply chain, and financial decisions. You will partner with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders to standardise planning processes and IBP governance. The position focuses on improving forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and enabling better decision making in a multi-country environment. You will drive transformation through analytics, planning excellence, and cross-functional leadership. This is a high-impact, Europe-wide role with a clear growth and transformation mandate.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Review and enhance planning processes with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to boost efficiency and decision quality
- Lead development and rollout of the Su0026OP agenda, progressing towards Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Benchmark and implement new technologies to improve IBP, customer fulfilment, cost control, and inventory management
- Establish and govern IBP and demand planning policies for consistency and standardization
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategies and define metrics like on-time delivery and working capital
- Serve as subject matter expert for IBP, driving continuous improvement across functions
- Design data-driven planning methodologies addressing capacity modelling for various business functions
- Provide thought leadership and manage change initiatives to improve planning outcomesResponsabilidades
- Experience leading or embedding Su0026OP/Su0026OE governance and demand review cadences
- Proven ability to drive business performance through planning
- Experience aligning Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance around a single set of numbers
- Background in FMCG, logistics or similar complex operations preferred
- Track record in scenario planning, trade-offs, and decision support
