Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).We are looking for a Deputy CPO to join our Core product team.Your main tasks will be:Accelerate Time-to-Market (TTM)Audit the current software development lifecycle (SDLC) to identify and eliminate bottlenecksDesign and implement engineering and project frameworks to reduce delivery cyclesEnsure predictable and transparent feature delivery without compromising qualityDrive Business Value DeliveryAct as the primary technical partner for the product organization (CPO, PMs, Designers)Take ownership of the business backlog from a technical execution standpointAlign engineering efforts and resource allocation directly with business and product goalsOptimize Development & Delivery FrameworksSet up, scale, and manage robust SDLC processesIntroduce and enforce effective IT project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.) tailored to the product's needsEstablish a single source of truth for delivery status, risks, and timelinesManage Cross-Functional ExecutionSynchronize efforts across engineering, product, and design teamsResolve dependencies and blockers in the delivery pipelineBuild structured execution systems rather than relying on ad-hoc fixesEnsure Constructive Stakeholder ManagementValidate product requirements against technical feasibility and system constraintsProvide reasoned, data-driven pushback to the product team and stakeholders when expectations are unrealisticPresent technical strategies, progress, and risks clearly to C-level executivesWe expect from you:Delivery & FrameworksDeep expertise in SDLC setup and optimizationAdvanced IT project management and Delivery ManagementStrong grasp of various project frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Ability to track, measure, and improve the TTM metricProduct & Business AlignmentDeep understanding of the product approach and product creation/development lifecyclesKnowledge of product analytics to support data-driven engineering decisionsAbility to manage and prioritize a business backlog from an engineering perspectiveTechnical LiteracyStrong architectural understanding to evaluate the feasibility of product requestsAbility to map business requirements to technical execution plansProven expertisee in managing modern tech stackHigh load (distributed architecture, microservices, event driven, syn/async, k8s, CI/CDStrong software development background Fluent RussianWhat do we offer:REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;Vacation 28 calendar days per year;7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;Corporate discount for English lessons;Health benefits.
