Desplácese hacia abajo y descubra qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones académicas se necesitan. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the creation, documentation, and evolution of design systems. /liliDefine and maintain UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. /liliCollaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the design system. /liliAudit and improve existing design systems, identifying gaps and opportunities. /liliAdvocate for design system adoption and best practices. /liliCreate and maintain libraries in Figma, ensuring they are structured, usable, and up to date. /liliBalance system thinking with product needs, enabling flexibility without compromising consistency. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong focus on design systems. /liliProven experience creating or maintaining design systems in real‑world products. /liliDeep understanding of UI design, components, tokens, and scalable systems. /liliStrong proficiency in Figma (libraries, variables, auto layout, etc.). /liliExperience collaborating with developers and understanding of front‑end constraints (HTML/CSS basics is a plus). /liliStrong attention to detail and obsession with consistency and quality. /liliClear communication skills (Spanish) and ability to document and explain system decisions. /liliA structured, systems‑thinking mindset combined with a pragmatic approach. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliIdeally based in Madrid or in a location with easy and fast access to the city, as occasional in‑person collaboration may be required. /liliMacbook Pro 13” or similar. /lili22 paid vacation days plus Spanish public holidays. /liliYour birthday as an extra paid vacation day. /liliLegendary social events parties to let off some steam. /li /ulpNorth is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
