Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client’s site. We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top‑notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart‑hands support for on‑site and remote issues.
What You’ll Do

Provide 2nd‑line desk‑side support via walk‑in Tech Hubs, on‑site visits, or remote tools.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Support networking, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks.
Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/software.
Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records.
Ensure flexibility and mobility – a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential; some travel may be required.

What You Bring

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills – both with users and technical teams.
Customer‑first mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of networking basics and infrastructure support.

Nice to Have
CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications.
