The company is focused on building resilient, automated, and data driven operational systems across multiple sites.Role OverviewThe Dev Ops Engineer will develop and maintain the digital ecosystem that supports operational excellence. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to automate workflows, integrate platforms, and enhance real time visibility into performance and reliability.This role suits someone who enjoys hands on engineering, building integrations, and enabling field teams through smart, efficient tooling.Key Responsibilities Automation & Tool DevelopmentBuild automation scripts, data pipelines, and internal toolsDevelop dashboards and reporting solutions (Grafana, Power BI, SQL)Support integrations between CMMS, BMS, ITSM, and monitoring platformsConduct data quality checks, trend analysis, and reliability investigationsPlatform Integration & EngineeringBuild and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation logicSupport operational KPIs, SLAs, and incident trend reportingEnsure alignment with the global tooling and transformation roadmap Documentation & Governance Produce clear technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration standardsDocument system behaviour, design decisions, and performance metricsTrack adoption and effectiveness of deployed toolsCompliance & IMS SupportSupport Health & Safety, Environmental, Information Security, and Energy Management reportingEnsure secure coding practices and compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 principlesContribute to continuous improvement of operational systems Requirements 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, systems engineering, or data engineeringExperience in high availability or mission critical environments (industrial, utilities, automation, manufacturing, etc.)Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentStrong scripting and querying skills (Python, SQL, Influx QL/Flux)Experience with CMMS/ITSM platforms (Service Now, Jira, MCIM)Proficiency in data visualisation (Grafana, Power BI, Tableau)Strong understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, Linux/Windows diagnostics Preferred Experience with SCADA/BMS protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC)Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Zabbix)
