Developer Advocacy: Treat internal developers as your primary customers. Drive the adoption of standard schemas, self-service APIs, and robust documentation to maximize developer velocity. Observability & Resilience: Ensure the platform is bulletproof. Build out distributed tracing, advanced monitoring, and automated self-healing mechanisms to minimize blast radius and MTTR(Mean Time to Resolution). Mentorship & Growth: Actively coach, mentor, and level up a dedicated team of integration engineers. SKILLS Education: Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field. Integration: Knowledge of integration paradigms, enterprise service patterns, and event-driven architecture. API: Designing and managing enterprise-grade API gateways, service meshes.
