Job Title: Digital Nomad Visa Consultant (Law Graduate, Remote Position Based in Spain)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Nomad Visa Consultant. As a consultant, you will be responsible for managing our clients' Digital Nomad Visa applications from start to finish. This includes providing expert guidance on immigration and tax requirements together with the Chartered Accountants of the team, assisting clients with documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee Digital Nomad Visa applications for clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration and tax matters related to the Digital Nomad Visa process.
Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies on behalf of clients to facilitate the application process.
Conduct thorough research and stay updated on changes to immigration and tax laws and regulations.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and support.
Utilize project management skills to efficiently manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and visa applications.
Requirements:
Must be a resident of Spain.
Hold a law degree or equivalent, better if with a focus on immigration topics.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional language skills are a plus).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using internet tools and technology for research and communication purposes.
