Experteer Overview As Director of SEM at Preply, you will own the global search strategy and drive scalable performance for a high-growth consumer tech marketplace. You’ll lead a growing team, partner with Data Science and Brand, and collaborate with Google to push the boundaries of AI-enabled search. This role centers on designing systems, shaping long-term strategy, and delivering ROI across markets. You’ll help define how AI reshapes search at scale and across languages, contributing to a mission of transforming education globally.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Oversee keyword architecture and cross-language/multi-market automation
- Lead LTV-based bidding in partnership with Data Science
- Expand SEM coverage into non-language subjects as the company grows beyond core vertical
- Build and lead the team with clear accountability and collaboration models
- Define AI usage within the team from individual tooling to campaign-management workflows
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to enable scale and align Brand and Growth teams
- Translate performance into business impact for senior leadership and investment thesesResponsabilidades
- Director-level SEM/Performance Marketing experience with ownership of multi-digit million budgets
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Google Search, Smart Bidding, and PMax at scale
- Experience designing or overseeing SEM automation
- Proven record in high-growth e-commerce or consumer tech environments
- Experience collaborating with Data Science or engineering teams on performance systems (LTV bidding, prediction models, automation pipelines)
- Strategic thinker who connects long-term vision to day-to-day execution
- Comfortable leading an existing team through expertise and direction
