Experteer Overview
As Partners Director, you will lead regional strategy for GPM within Almirall, driving growth and partner excellence. You’ll own the regional P&L, shape go-to-market plans, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Brand Plans. You act as an ambassador for the company, fostering collaboration and transparency across markets and partners. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to strengthen brand positioning and performance in dermatology.

• Lead the development and execution of the Regional Plan aligned with GPM strategy and Brand Plans
• Own the regional P&L, delivering sales and EBITDA targets with strong financial discipline
• Identify risks and opportunities early and drive corrective actions to meet objectives
• Provide strategic direction and support to GPM Region team and local Partners for high-quality commercial strategies
• Monitor performance across markets (sales, market share, coverage, execution) and ensure alignment with strategy across markets
• Maintain market orientation and analyze competitive dynamics and customer behavior
• Conduct in-field visits to align strategy with real-world execution and stay updated on clinical guidelines
• Master brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging for strategic brands
• Build strong senior-level relationships with local Partners and ensure alignment and accountability
• Ensure Business Development aligns with Regional Plan and enables long-term brand access
• Mobilize internal resources and foster cross-functional collaboration (RA, QA, Demand, PV, Legal)
• Strengthen internal networks to maximize synergies with Market Companies and Global Functions
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry codes, and policies
• Drive Demand Planning and Budget processes with Global Demand
• Support team development and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Invest in personal development and role-model leadership behaviors
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, ideally international
• Proven P&L management experience
• Strong understanding of dermatology markets and clinical practice
