The Role
Empower Dietitians, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists clinically to support clients with a range of disabilities and clients in Home Care. As a DOTS Team Leader, you will provide clinical oversight, operational management and strategic direction to your team. Your primary focus will be to support the delivery of best‑practice allied health NDIS, Support at Home and CHSP services in a collaborative and engaging environment.

Qualifications
Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting
Registration with AHPRA, SPA or other relevant body
Police check clearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn to use new IT systems in line with the requirements of the role
