We offer a valuable job for Dutch speakers in this amazing city! Responsibilities Does helping others give you energy? We suggest you use this quality in your new job in Valencia! As a Customer Advisor for this Dutch beloved retail brand, you’ll handle customer questions via phone, chat, and email. You will be doing this in both Dutch and French. You’ll assist with a variety of topics: from checking product availability to helping customers create photo books or personalized photo cakes. Your goal is to provide friendly and helpful support that makes every customer feel valued and makes them want to come back. Before you start working with customers, you will receive a thorough training. During this training you get to know the way how to talk with customers and slowly you will get to understand the systems and protocols.
