This position ensures that digital sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with business goals. Working as part of an agile, international team, the role focuses on delivering impactful implementations, process improvements, and ongoing system support within a fast‑paced, business‑driven. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead implementations and enhancements of Dynamics 365 CE across global sales operations. /li liAnalyze sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and present value‑focused solutions. /li liSupport change‑management initiatives, including user training, documentation and adoption of new tools and features. /li liConfigure and maintain D365 CE, ensuring system reliability and performance. /li liProvide issue resolution, process guidance, and proactive support to end users. /li liStay current with D365 CE and Sales technology trends, such as AI automation and digital selling tools. /li liTest and validate system changes, ensuring seamless go‑lives. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liProven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and sales process optimization. /li liStrong understanding of CRM systems and their role in driving business value. /li liHands‑on, proactive approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills. /li liFluent in English (Spanish is a plus). /li liExperience working in a fast‑paced, international sales or commercial environment. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate /h3 pThe ideal candidate combines deep CRM knowledge with strong business acumen.
