Job Title: EHS SupervisorLocation: Tarragona Region, SpainEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We’re seeking a Site EHS Supervisor to join our team and lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) efforts during construction and commissioning phases of a major industrial project. Reporting to the EHS Manager and Site Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with our EHS Management System and foster a strong safety culture across the site.Key Responsibilities:Provide EHS leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors.Implement site-level EHS plans and safety processes.Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work evaluations.Train and support personnel on EHS policies and best practices.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in EHS supervision on major construction projects.Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, industrial construction hazards, and Spanish legislation (OSHA knowledge a plus).Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in Spanish & English.Ability to work independently and under pressure in complex environments.Expertise in incident investigations and root cause analysis.If this sounds like something of interest to you, apply using the link!
