We are an international construction company specialised in industrial developments, delivering high-impact projects across key sectors such as Data Centres, Logistics, Pharmaceutical Facilities and Advanced Manufacturing.With a presence in Spain, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, North America and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for leading companies driving global transformation.About the RoleAs part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our teams in Spain by hiring an Electrical Lead to support the delivery of Data Centre and mission critical projects in Madrid.The role will play a key part in the execution and coordination of electrical works onsite, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery across fast-paced and technically demanding environments.We are looking for a hands-on profile with strong site presence, subcontractor management capability and experience coordinating electrical packages within mission critical environments.The position is heavily focused on:Low Voltage electrical installations; onsite execution and coordination; subcontractor management; client coordination and reporting; and support during commissioning of redundant electrical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & CoordinationCoordinate and supervise Low Voltage electrical installations on Data Centre projectsManage subcontractors and daily site activitiesEnsure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirementsMaintain strong onsite operational oversight throughout project deliveryCoordinate with client teams, consultants and internal stakeholdersTechnical & Operational ManagementMonitor progress, quality and compliance across electrical packagesSupport planning, sequencing and execution activitiesIdentify and resolve technical and operational issues onsiteCoordinate electrical works within critical and redundant environments without loss of serviceEnsure alignment between onsite execution, technical documentation and client requirementsCommissioning & Critical SystemsSupport commissioning activities, energisation and functional testingAssist during commissioning phases (L2-L5 experience desirable)Support tie-ins and critical project sequencesCoordinate activities associated with:LV installationsHV systemsBMS & ControlsFire Detection SystemsAuxiliary systemsReporting & Project CoordinationParticipate in technical and coordination meetingsSupport technical reporting and documentation managementTrack punch lists, snags and close-out activitiesCoordinate multiple subcontractors and MEP disciplines within fast-track environmentsRequirements:Previous experience within Data Centre, mission critical or large-scale industrial projectsStrong background in electrical site execution, Low Voltage installations, subcontractor coordination and commissioning supportExperience working with redundant electrical systems within critical environmentsStrong understanding of site operations and fast-paced construction deliveryGood coordination, communication and problem-solving skillsClient-facing experienceFluent Spanish and English suitable for an international environmentWhy Join TSL?We are looking for passionate, committed and delivery-focused professionals who want to be part of projects that transform industries and communities.At TSL, you will find:A collaborative and international environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentExposure to large-scale mission critical projectsA dynamic culture focused on execution, innovation and project deliveryOur projects combine innovation, technology, sustainability and construction excellence — and we want you to be part of it.Interested?If you identify with our vision, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and build your future with TSL.
