ph3MISSION /h3 pTo provide strong electrical expertise during the installation and finishing phases of the WTG, ensuring the turbine is fully prepared for commissioning. /p pYou will also support the resolution of electrical and quality deviations, contributing to a smooth handover to the customer and ensuring optimal performance throughout the turbine’s lifetime. /p pThis is a hands‑on, dynamic role in an international environment, ideal for professionals who enjoy electrical fieldwork, teamwork and continuous problem‑solving. /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liProvide technical electrical support during the installation, connection, adjustment and finishing phases of the WTG /li liIdentify and support the resolution of electrical and quality deviations to ensure smooth commissioning and long‑term turbine reliability /li liEnsure full compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene whenever safety rules are not followed /li liCoordinate and launch electrical technical modifications in close collaboration with the Engineering department /li liDeliver technical guidance and on‑site training to supervisors and field teams /li liSupport the improvement of electrical instructions, work methods and procedures related to installation and finishing /li liCollaborate in prototype testing and validation of new electrical solutions /li liReport the status of site activities, preparing and submitting the required technical documentation /li liPerform electrical quality checks on site, including complete reporting of findings and corrective actions /li liParticipate actively in the coordination of site activities and in continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liVocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) – mandatory Engineering degree (Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical) is a plus /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in the wind industry /li liPrevious experience working in wind farms (installation, electrical works, commissioning or maintenance) /li liComfortable working at heights and in demanding HSE environments /li liExperience leading teams or working in quality roles is highly valued /li liSolid electrical knowledge and strong hands‑on approach /li liGood computer skills (Office, reporting tools, technical platforms) /li liResourceful, problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions on site /li liStrong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence /li liFull availability to travel without restrictions /li liInternational driving license (or willingness to obtain it) /li liGood level of English (spoken and written) is required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
