MISSIONTo provide strong electrical expertise during the installation and finishing phases of the WTG, ensuring the turbine is fully prepared for commissioningTo provide strong electrical expertise during the installation and finishing phases of the WTG, ensuring the turbine is fully prepared for commissioningYou will also support the resolution of electrical and quality deviations, contributing to a smooth handover to the customer and ensuring optimal performance throughout the turbine’s lifetimeThis is a hands‑on, dynamic role in an international environment, ideal for professionals who enjoy electrical fieldwork, teamwork and continuous problem‑solvingYOUR TASKSProvide technical electrical support during the installation, connection, adjustment and finishing phases of the WTGIdentify and support the resolution of electrical and quality deviations to ensure smooth commissioning and long‑term turbine reliabilityEnsure full compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene whenever safety rules are not followedCoordinate and launch electrical technical modifications in close collaboration with the Engineering departmentDeliver technical guidance and on‑site training to supervisors and field teamsSupport the improvement of electrical instructions, work methods and procedures related to installation and finishingCollaborate in prototype testing and validation of new electrical solutionsReport the status of site activities, preparing and submitting the required technical documentationPerform electrical quality checks on site, including complete reporting of findings and corrective actionsParticipate actively in the coordination of site activities and in continuous improvement initiativesYOUR PROFILEVocational technical studies (FPII/Technical Diploma) – mandatory Engineering degree (Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical) is a plusFor foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in the wind industryPrevious experience working in wind farms (installation, electrical works, commissioning or maintenance)Comfortable working at heights and in demanding HSE environmentsExperience leading teams or working in quality roles is highly valuedSolid electrical knowledge and strong hands‑on approachGood computer skills (Office, reporting tools, technical platforms)Resourceful, problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions on siteStrong focus on safety, quality and operational excellenceFull availability to travel without restrictionsInternational driving license (or willingness to obtain it)Good level of English (spoken and written) is requiredYour BenefitsIn addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:Some offers may vary by location.Hybrid working in accordance with the company's internal policy.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
