Marshal
What are we looking for? We seek a person with excellent presence, highly organized, and capable of managing a dynamic work environment on the golf course. Flexibility, self‑control, and a proactive attitude are essential. Strong communication skills are required to interact with players, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with course rules in a professional and friendly manner. The candidate must be able to work independently, making real‑time decisions to maximize each visitor’s playing experience.
Welcome members and players warmly and professionally, ensuring they understand the course rules and procedures.
Monitor the pace of play on the course, identifying and resolving situations that may cause delays, and helping maintain optimal game flow.
Handle phone calls and manage communication via email, providing assistance and resolving player inquiries.
Conduct regular course patrols to monitor safety, pace of play, and facility conditions, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
Provide detailed information about golf rules, course services, events, and recommendations to enhance players’ experience.
Collaborate with other club departments to ensure a seamless and comprehensive experience for guests.
Assist in organizing and supervising tournaments and special events, ensuring operational standards and customer service quality.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in golf or sports sectors.
Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, and French.
Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with golf management software and knowledge of golf rules and etiquette will be valued.

Gardener – Green Area Maintenance
What are we looking for? A motivated and experienced gardener with a positive attitude, highly organised, capable of managing a dynamic work environment in green‑area maintenance. Strong skills in gardening and turf maintenance, teamwork, and adherence to detailed instructions are required.
Carry out maintenance tasks on the golf course, including mowing, irrigation, fertilisation, and aeration of greens, fairways, tees, and roughs.
Assist with planting, seeding, and the care of trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants throughout the course.
Operate and maintain gardening equipment and specialised machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.
Identify and treat pests, diseases, and weeds, applying plant protection products under the supervision of the maintenance team.
Assist in the installation and upkeep of irrigation systems, ensuring proper coverage and functionality.
Participate in the scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the needs of the course.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all established safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high‑quality experience for players and visitors.
Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening, turf maintenance, or similar roles, preferably in golf courses or large green spaces.

Previous experience as a floor manager or a similar role in fine dining restaurants or resorts.

Administrative and financial management: organise and control documentation, monitor budgets, manage invoicing, payments and collections, suppliers, and prepare financial reports.
Human resources management: support recruitment processes, payroll management, contracts, employee records, vacation control, and internal training.
Customer service and support: welcome and assist players and guests, coordinate schedules, manage lesson bookings, and resolve inquiries.
Support to management: assist with the planning and execution of events, courses, and academy activities.
Communication and marketing: contribute to internal and external communications, social media management, and provide support to the marketing team.
Higher education in Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
Proven experience in administrative, financial, and HR management.
Fluency in Spanish and Catalan; knowledge of English and/or French will be valued.
