Enterprise Account Executive Sovos las palmas de gran canaria, canarias, SpainDescripción del trabajoAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities within existing client accounts and expanding their use of Sovos compliance solutions. You will develop and execute strategic sales engagement plans, focusing on contract reviews and use case discussions to ensure clients are fully supported in their compliance journey. Your expertise in territory planning and understanding client needs will help shape long-term relationships and deliver impactful solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients, and ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication and ethical conduct. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling organizations to navigate complex regulatory environments with confidence.More specifically, you will:Review client contracts to identify opportunities for expanding usage of Sovos compliance productsDevelop and manage a comprehensive sales engagement strategy, including prospecting and customer-centric sales processesGrow and maintain a balanced pipeline across your assigned territory, achieving business growth and contract execution targetsDeliver profitable new agreements within current accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quotasAccurately forecast sales performance and manage complex agreements in large enterprisesProvide detailed and accurate sales data usingDemonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions with stakeholdersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and supportWhat We Need From YouMinimum 2 years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in business-to-business environmentsProven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas for at least two yearsExperience with SaaS solutions or SaaS environments preferredDemonstrated ability to grow and retain a book of business while exceeding quota targetsStrong consultative sales skills, including the ability to listen to customer needs and shape shared visions for long-term relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholdersExperience with procurement, legal, and renewal negotiationsCommitment to personal development, learning, and self-awarenessWhat Does Sovos Offer YouContinuing opportunities for further Learning & DevelopmentA chance to work with talented and passionate people in a rewarding and values-driven environment!Sovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
