A Joint Venture between Thales (67%) and Leonardo (33%), Thales Alenia Space is a global space manufacturer delivering, for more than 40 years, high-tech solutions for telecommunications, navigation, Earth Observation, environmental management, exploration, science and orbital infrastructures. We are looking for an HSE Intern to support our Health, Safety, and Environment department. You will contribute to the site’s legal and corporate conformity, participate in risk assessments for cutting-edge R&D projects, and help drive industrial improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to become a specialist in HSE management systems within a collaborative, international, and multicultural environment.
️ Collaborate in ensuring the site’s continuity of conformity regarding HSE legal and Corporate requirements.
Support risk analysis for R&D projects and assist in implementing control mechanisms for new processes.
Operational HSE & Industrial Improvement
Collaborate on industrial improvements related to manufacturing processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
Participate in the implementation of the Contractors Management Plan .
Support the site’s inspection program and follow up on established HSE action plans.
Monitoring, Reporting & Audit
Perform established reporting and maintain clear documentation of HSE performance.
Participate in internal and external audits of the HSE Management System .
Training & Culture
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Training Program .
Promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.
Encourage open communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s in Health, Safety, and Environment . English fluent (must) ; ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
Strong commitment to safety, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy .
Interest in industrial processes, risk analysis, and KPI-driven management.
