POSITION OVERVIEW
MCI es una empresa líder en Externalización de Procesos de Negocio (BPO) que se especializa en ofrecer soluciones personalizadas para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Estamos buscando un Especialista en Adquisición de Talento dinámico y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo.
RESPONSIBILIDADES
Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para entender las necesidades de personal y desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas.
Buscar y atraer candidatos a través de diversos canales, incluyendo bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales, networking, ferias de empleo y referencias.
Revisar currículums y solicitudes para identificar candidatos calificados para las posiciones abiertas.
Realizar entrevistas telefónicas iniciales y entrevistas para evaluar las calificaciones y la idoneidad de los candidatos para el puesto.
Coordinar y programar entrevistas entre los gerentes de contratación y los candidatos.
Facilitar el proceso de selección, incluyendo la administración de evaluaciones, la realización de verificaciones de referencias y la extensión de ofertas de trabajo.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los candidatos, asegurando una experiencia positiva durante todo el proceso de reclutamiento.
Utilizar sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) y otras herramientas de reclutamiento para gestionar los flujos de candidatos y hacer seguimiento a las métricas de reclutamiento.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las mejores prácticas en adquisición de talento para mejorar continuamente los procesos de reclutamiento.
Producir informes diarios y semanales sobre los esfuerzos de reclutamiento. Mantener registros de empleo para futuras utilizaciones.
Asistir con otras tareas y proyectos relacionados según sea necesario.
QUALIFICATIONS
Título universitario en recursos humanos o combinación equivalente de formación y experiencia.
Experiencia comprobada como Especialista en Adquisición de Talento, Reclutador o un rol similar.
Sólida comprensión de los principios y prácticas de reclutamiento.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Capacidad para gestionar eficazmente múltiples prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Dominio en el uso de sistemas de seguimiento de candidatos (ATS) y otras herramientas de reclutamiento.
Alto nivel de profesionalismo e integridad.
Capacidad para leer y hablar inglés con fluidez.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer, and may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
