Experteer Overview As Director of European Sales, you will drive Orascoptic’s commercial growth across Europe, shaping the regional strategy and revenue model. You will lead a cross‑functional, multi‑country sales organization and partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and EBS to execute aligned plans. Your focus is to accelerate direct sales where it adds value while strengthening the dealer network, delivering sustainable growth and market expansion. This role offers impact across Europe in a fast‑growing, transformation phase. You will be a senior, results‑oriented leader shaping Orascoptic’s regional presence.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and implement the European commercial strategy aligned with global objectives
- Set market priorities, channel mix, and growth plans across key European markets
- Lead annual operating planning including revenue targets and expansion initiatives
- Drive KPI discipline, performance management, and policy deployment
- Build and develop a high‑performing European direct sales organization
- Establish standard sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting rigor
- Coach, train, and manage field performance to maximize effectiveness
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition
- Own strategy and performance of European distributors and channel partners
- Strengthen dealer relationships and hold partners to performance expectations
- Assess opportunities to expand, optimize, or transition markets toward direct sales
- Lead regional strategy for key accounts, DSOs, institutions, and dental schools
- Build relationships with influential customers and industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and EBS teams to drive alignment
- Apply EBS principles to improve consistency, efficiency, and commercial execution
- Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing European sales leadership team
- Ensure organizational structure supports growth objectivesResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience across multi‑country or regional markets
- Proven success leading both direct and indirect sales models
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building scalable commercial organizations
- Healthcare, medical device, or dental industry experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
