We are an international and fast-growing company in the data center sector, focused on the design, construction, commercialization, and operation of data centers. With our main base in Madrid and presence in other international locations, we are building a young and dynamic organization, supported by strong and well-established international shareholders, and we are now looking for an Executive Assistant to grow with the project.This role is key to the organization. We are looking for a dynamic, digitally savvy, bilingual professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment, with strong organizational skills and a proactive mind.Responsibilities:Provide high-level support to senior executives and their teams in a growing international company.Manage complex calendars and agendas, coordinating across different countries and time zones.Organize and manage logistics for travels for the team, managing expenses and purchases.Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings and conference calls, both virtual and in-person.Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and follow-ups.Use digital tools and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and organization.Act as a key coordination point with internal teams and external partners.Support the growth of the organization with flexibility and a hands-on approach.Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (minimum 5 years).Strong digital skills and interest in new technologies; experience using AIExperience in working in an international environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.Very high level of written and spoken EnglishTime availability.Role based in Madrid.We offer:Permanent contract.Salary according to the experience and profile.24 days of annual leaveParkingThe opportunity to join a young, international, and fast-growing company, with the stability of a solid and well-backed project.
