We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to culinary excellence.Role OverviewAs the Executive Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary pastry team, overseeing the execution of our diverse dining outlets, including French, Italian, Asian, and more. While creativity is limited to company-developed recipes and dishes, your expertise and leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of culinary professionals, including 1 Pastry Sous Chef, 2 Confectioners, 1 Pastry CDP, 1 Demis Chef, and 1 Commis, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to high standards.Execute menu offerings across multiple outlets, maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure that the company quality standards are met.Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, in compliance with the HACCP regulations.RequirementsEuropean passport preferred.Very Hands On.Proven experience in fine-dining concepts and multi-outlet operations, preferably in Michelin-starred establishments or luxury cruise lines.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Flexibility to relocate to various ships worldwide as per company needs.Valid C1D and STCW certificates preferred.BenefitsOpportunity to travel to breathtaking destinations across Europe, including Barcelona, Santorini, Istanbul, and more.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development and growth opportunities within our esteemed culinary team.
