Senior Backend Developer We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in Power Platform and Power Apps development, with expertise in designing and developing complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps and Dataverse. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft's Power Platform suite, including creating and optimizing Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise-scale processes and implementing Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Complex Applications: Use Power Apps and Dataverse to create and optimize complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps for enterprise clients. Implement Cloud Flows: Utilize Power Automate to create and optimize cloud flows for enterprise-scale processes. Integrate Azure Services: Implement Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps. Manage ALM Processes: Oversee Power Platform ALM processes and implement CI/CD pipelines. Requirements: 3+ Years Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience building enterprise Canvas and Model-Driven apps with Dataverse. Strong Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Power Fx, formulas, componentization, and PCF development (TypeScript/React). Expertise in Cloud Flows: Expertise in Power Automate cloud flows, including error handling, retries, concurrency, and approvals. Knowledge of Dataverse Schema: Proficient in Dataverse schema design, relationships, business rules, and BPFs. Azure/Microsoft 365 Integration: Solid understanding of Azure/Microsoft 365 integration patterns. AI Technologies: Practical experience with AI technologies, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI. Preferred Qualifications: RPA Experience: Experience with RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and event-driven designs. Performance Optimization: Knowledge of performance optimization for large Canvas apps and offline/mobile scenarios.
