We are the largest charter brokerage globally generating over £1 billion in annual revenue and arranging more than 25,000 charter flights each year. As we continue to expand, we are looking for bexperienced charter consultants /b to join our teams across the globe! /ppIf you are interested in having a confidential conversation about your next career step, be that as an individual contributor or a leadership position working for the industry leader who has a true investment in their people, then please do continue reading. /ph3Job Description /h3pbDay to day duties will include, but are not limited to: /b /pulliWin, develop and retain new business /liliManage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completion /liliLeverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking /liliNegotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability /liliMaintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance /liliDeliver a consistently high level of client service and discretion /liliContribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape market strategy and growth initiatives /liliRepresent the business within key client and industry networks /liliAs the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokers /liliCollaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibPrevious experience in Passenger or Cargo chartering - ESSENTIAL /b /liliExcellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering market /liliExtensive aircraft knowledge /liliHas a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leads /liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills /liliEnjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environment /liliHigh attention to detail /liliCustomer-focused, ambitious and driven /liliResilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn /liliHighly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets /liliConfident communicator /liliFlexible and open to travel often at short notice /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pThis role is intended for experienced consultants within our sector.
