Overview
As a Payroll Specialist at SD Worx, you will drive end-to-end Danish payroll delivery within our SAP Managed Payroll Services. You’ll partner with country teams and clients to optimize processes, handle complex cases, and ensure timely, compliant payroll in multi-country contexts. You will contribute to expanding SAP MPS capabilities for Danish and international clients, shaping standardized yet locally adaptable processes. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role with opportunities to grow in a people-focused, global environment.

ResponsabilidadesOrchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Danish customersManage process deviations, assess impact, and propose solutionsOwn change requests from requirements through implementation and trainingEnsure alignment with global/local process standards and client needsMaintain and update SOPs, DWIs, and guidelinesCollaborate with clients and country teams for smooth operationsSupport design and enhancement of standardized, locally adaptable processesHandle complex payroll cases and serve as escalation pointEnsure accurate, timely payroll delivery per SLAsSupport system updates, testing, UAT, and parallel runsMaintain regular client communication on payroll processingGuide Payroll Administrators and ensure regulatory complianceLiaise with external stakeholders (tax authorities, benefits providers)Manage year-end processing and statutory reporting
