BettingJobs are working with a leading gambling operator in Europe who are expanding their workforce to Madrid and looking for a Senior CRM Expert to join their team based here. This position is key to building strong customer relationship communication and driving collaboration between teams, while supporting the smart adoption of new marketing tools to maximize effectiveness. Responsibilities: Provide support to junior colleagues and make sure the delivery matches our standards Contribute to process optimization (both internal and external). Ensure day-to-day brief - build - deliver process runs effectively + efficiently Create campaigns in the relevant system for all CRM activities according to monthly and quarterly plans, including email, site/mobile messaging, SMS marketing, loyalty programme and other as required. Ensure all bonuses, codes, promotions and campaigns are delivered and correctly set up Suggest continuous improvements for communications to optimise performance versus KPI’s and recommend improvements where required. Ensure content sign off occurs on time (at least 24hrs prior to send) Proficient in all marketing communication channels and utilising all systems and tools. Be up to date with new trends and developments across communications channels in e-commerce Requirements: High/University education At least 3 years of experience in online/multi-channel marketing, ideally in a matrix organisation Fluent Knowledge of English, both written and oral (at least C1) Excellent technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems Knowledge of PowerBI It would be a bonus if you bring: Experienced with online sportsbooks and gaming products Experienced with Bloomreach Following sports regularly
