Are you passionate about fashion, sports and an active lifestyle?In OYSHO, we are looking for a talented Fashion Buyer to join our department.Our location is in Tordera, (Barcelona) from where you will be able to design collections and set the trends on sportswear for all our stores worlwide.Oysho is a sport and leisure brand committed to innovation, quality and sustainability. We offer a broad range of technical collections designed to deliver peak athletic performance and maximum comfort.Your main functions would be:Analyse the previous year’s sales performance and the season’s key trends to identify the main sales needs and opportunities.Collaborate with the design team throughout the initial and final product selection process, considering timing, seasonal trends and sales requirements based on previous year’s results.To define the final buying structure once the product has been selected and the budget has been sent by the management control department for the family and sub-family buying.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a collaborative approach at all times while negotiating the best terms, including prices and delivery dates.Monitor production closely to ensure compliance with the agreed terms, conditions and timelines.To carry out the sample fittings with the pattern/quality and design teams and to provide the suppliers with feedback in order to adjust and improve the samples.Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure a fresh, unique and relevant approach to Buying.To carry out the sample fittings with the pattern/quality and design teams and to provide the suppliers with feedback in order to adjust and improve the samples.How do we imagine you?To be successful in this position, you must have a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate:At least 3 years of experience (similar post within the fashion and retail sector).That you have an analytical profile, with negotiation skills and sensitivity for fashion and the product (fabrics, qualities, patterns).Higher education qualification in Economics, Business Administration and Management or Business StudiesHigh level of English and Spanish.What do you get?Working at Oysho is joining a team where creativity and innovation are our DNA.The sky is the limit
