Overview
In this role you support Cepheid’s GeneXpert systems across clinical labs, ensuring smooth installation, adoption and ongoing operation. You work closely with customers to maximize uptime and value, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and service quality. You will perform site assessments, configure software, provide training, and manage hardware/software updates and connectivity. The position offers field-based work with travel and a direct impact on patient care by enabling accurate diagnostics at scale.

Requisitos principales2-3 years’ experience in health care / biomedical / handling Medical Devices or experience with laboratory customers in the regionlocal language fluency and strong English; Portuguese a plustravel around 80% in the field; valid driver’s license with good driving recordability to lift/move equipment up to 27 kgdiploma/bachelor’s degree in relevant fields as statedcustomer focusstrong communicationproblem solving and troubleshootingfield service and installation of diagnostic instrumentssoftware configuration and connectivitypreventive maintenance and repairs
