Experteer Overview In this role, you will install, maintain and validate satellite gateway infrastructure for our LEO network, ensuring reliable, globally connected service. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to diagnose RF and gateway hardware, perform integration and testing, and support remote operations at multiple sites. You will enable operational reliability through proactive monitoring, documentation and hands-on troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, travel‑heavy role that shapes how we deliver space-based broadband to millions of subscribers.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Install, configure and maintain satellite gateway infrastructure for LEO networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot antennas, RF systems and frequency converters
- Perform RF testing and measurement with diagnostic tools
- Conduct integration, commissioning and validation of gateway components
- Monitor system health and implement corrective actions
- Provide remote technical support to field locations and teams
- Document maintenance activities and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams
- Support equipment inventory management and asset tracking
- Travel domestically and internationally to install, upgrade, and maintain systemsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Field Engineer, Satellite Technician, Network Engineer or similar
- Experience with communications infrastructure, RF systems or related technologies
