Opportunity: Field Sales – MedTech – North Spain (Bilbao / Santander) Industry & Location Sector: MedTech (SaaS & Connected Hardware) Location: North Spain – Ideally based in Bilbao or Santander Scope: Northern Region (Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, Navarra, La Rioja, North Castilla y León) Company size: ~100 employees About the Company Our client is a fast-growing French MedTech scale-up that develops connected hardware and SaaS solutions for physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinics, and sports professionals. Following a €16M funding round, the company is accelerating its European expansion. After establishing a successful presence in Barcelona and Madrid, we are now looking for a regional champion to spearhead our growth in the North of Spain . Your Role As the Regional Field Sales for Northern Spain , you will be the face of the company in a high-potential territory. You will have full ownership of the region, from the Basque Country to Asturias, building our local footprint from the ground up. Key responsibilities: 75% Outbound Field Sales: Active prospection and "on-the-ground" visits to physiotherapy clinics, rehab centers, and sports facilities across the Northern provinces. 25% Inbound Leads: Qualifying and closing opportunities generated by our marketing and BDR teams. Strategic Territory Management: Defining your travel schedule and regional strategy to maximize presence in key hubs (Bilbao, San Sebastián, Santander, Oviedo). Consultative Sales: Demonstrating our technology and closing short, high-velocity sales cycles (approx. 2 months). Who You Are 4 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience , with a proven track record in the Northern Spanish market. Location: You are already based in (or willing to relocate to) Bilbao or Santander . Hunter Mindset: You love being on the road, meeting clients, and opening new doors in a territory where networking is key. Autonomy: You are comfortable working remotely from the main office while staying closely aligned with the Spanish team (Madrid/Barcelona) and French HQ. Knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem is a significant advantage. Languages Spanish: Native/Bilingual. English: Fluent (required for reporting and international meetings). French: A strong plus, facilitating communication with our French headquarters. Compensation & Benefits €35K base + €20K variable (uncapped).
