Job DescriptionOur local TOMRA Office is located in Valencia and we are always looking for passionate individuals to join our organization. Currently we are seeking an experienced service engineer located in this area. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be part of a global service team and will report to the Field Service Team Leader. With "Safety first" mindset throughout the daily work both at company and our customer sites. You will: Perform Field service activities including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization and maintenance of equipment. Perform all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical tuning and setup. Collaborate with customers on-site and provide consultancy that help customers to achieve highest performance and reduce food waste Work on intelligent and pioneering technologies Be a TOMRA ambassador Be trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tool. QualificationsCandidate Profile Experience in field service or customer support. Working knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, electrical power circuits, PLC circuits - mandatory You are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English - mandatory You are intrigued by travelling at least 80% of the time, and with a high degree of flexibility (including holiday season and weekends). Ability to read schematics. Technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. You love to relate to customers, their views, and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures. You have a passion for Engineering.
