Our client, part of the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical automation industry, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support clients mainly based in Europe. Responsibilities:Preventive maintenance of devicesDiagnosis and resolution of issues on site and remotely, both related to HW and also SWBug and mechanical issues identificationInstallation, start-up and adjustment of devicesDiagnosis and resolution of issues related to the artificial vision system installed on devicesInstallation of enhancements on the installed equipmentDevelopment of service documentation (preventive, corrective... maintenance manuals)Support in testing tasksTrain internal and external service providersCoordination of sites installation Requirements:Degree in Telecommunications, Telecommunication Systems, Systems Engineering or similarAt least three years of experience in 2nd level field support Experience in diagnosis and resolution of issues, on site and remotely, both HW and SWEnglish and Spanish is a mustIf you want to learn more about this opportunity apply directly or reach out to abeassalazar@actalentservices.com *Please note that we can only consider EU/Schengen applications with valid work permit.
