Reporting to Service Manager, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer located in Eastern Andalusia (Malaga/Granada), covering the south of Spain.Main responsibilitiesInstall, maintain and troubleshooting the Sebia’s instruments installed base distributed in a defined geographical area. Also support other geographical areas if needed.The installations and troubleshooting includes informatics related to our instruments: PC installation, LIS connections, connection to customer network, etc.Phone supportCustomer satisfaction: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customers. Ensure they are correctly taking care of our instruments and realize about their needs. Give an excellent service in a timely manner.Reports in time all the work done in CRM.Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to comply with services KPI.Provide feedback to the manager concerning performance anomalies encountered in the field and suggest recommendations for improvementsStablish a regular communication with local sales representative to share customer needs and major issues.Local spare parts stock management.Education/SkillsEngineering or Technical Engineering, or Technical diploma.Informatics knowledge (databases, IP configurations…)
