Aprivate equity–backed creative agencybased inBarcelonais looking to hire aFinance Managerto take ownership of the finance function and support the next stage of growth.This is astandalone role , offering full responsibility for the day-to-day finance operations of the agency while working closely with senior leadership. You’ll also have exposure to thewider group finance team , providing visibility across the broader organisation and opportunities to contribute to group initiatives and strategic projects.This role would suit someone who enjoysautonomy, ownership, and partnering with leadershipin a fast-paced, creative environment.Key responsibilities
Full ownership of the finance function for the Barcelona agency
Manage month-end close, management accounts, and financial reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Provide commercial insight to the leadership team on revenue and performance
Monitor project profitability, margins, and operational costs
Maintain strong financial controls and continuously improve processes
Liaise with the wider group finance team for consolidation and reporting
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners as requiredAbout you
Experience in aFinance Manager or similar role
Comfortable operating as thesole finance lead within a business unit
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support non-finance stakeholders
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
