Finance Process Owner - Record to ReportAn international business is underway with a large Finance Transformation project and SAP ERP deployment, with an aim to implement standardised finance systems and processes to global entities.They are looking for an experienced Finance Process Owner to join the project team and own the R2R Processes, driving standardisation end-to-end, and supporting the implementation of the new solution and Target Operating Model.The role:Define and Own the Finance processes for the R2R Accounting & Reporting WorkstreamWorking closely with finance stakeholders, lead blueprint definition for the new SAP ERP template solution for financeFinance process harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation in line with the ERP template and Target Operating Model for R2RFinance process analysis and change managementLead requirements engineering, Gap-Fit analysis, process design, harmonisation and Governance for R2RWorking closely with the ERP rollout team, this role will deliver gap-fit analysis and defend the template for international rollouts of the new SAP solution and new processesDeliver harmonised R2R processes for international entities, collaborating with the ERP Delivery team and Project ManagersRequirements:Finance Process Owner with strong knowledge of Record-to-Report processesExperience delivering Finance process transformation in a large international environmentFinance or Accounting backgroundStrong Finance / Accounting / Controlling (FICO) process knowledge, ideally a Finance backgroundFinancial Systems Transformation experience in a SAP environment, ideally with SAP S4 HanaStakeholder engagement and Change Management experienceStrong communication skillsThis is a great opportunity for a Finance Process Owner with strong Finance Transformation experience to take on the next challenge in international SAP Transformation programme.Location: Madrid or Spain with travelApply online, via LinkedIn or email your CV toSystemsAccountants is a specialist Headhunter in the area of ERP, EPM and Business Intelligence across Business Sectors.Follow #systemsaccountants on Linkedin!For more information on this and related ERP and Digital Finance career opportunities, or to understand how we can support you, please contact Jamie Colwell at SystemsAccountants:
