MISSION: to ensure robust application of FMEA and quality methods to proactively manage risk across design, manufacturing, and operations in complex, global environments. Its mission is to translate technical risk into clear actions that protect safety, quality, and business performance. YOUR TASKS:Lead the deployment of DFMEA and PFMEA across CTBU projects to proactively identify and manage technical and operational risksEnsure robust application of quality methods and systematic follow-up of resulting actions to drive effective risk mitigationCoordinate multidisciplinary and international teams to align stakeholders and ensure consistent risk and quality governanceDevelop and deliver training on FMEA and quality methods to strengthen capability and ownership within CTBU teamsDefine and implement a CTBU-wide roadmap to expand, standardize, and track the adoption of quality methods across the organizationYOUR PROFILE:Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent technical education in any engineering disciplineCertifications in FMEA, 8D, Six sigma and or knowledge of other Q tools will be a plusExperience in coordinating international teams, and in understanding complex processes and multicultural teams will be a plusDeep mastery of DFMEA, PFMEA, and System FMEARoot Cause Analysis .
