Mafer Ai seeks a hands-on Food Scientist who has worked in industry and in real kitchens of R&D teams. You will translate R&D knowledge into software used by R&D and quality teams daily, working directly with clients to build models and product modules with our engineers.The role requires PhD-level depth in food science or related fields, experience with ingredient functionality, and comfort handling data with Python. You must be fluent in Spanish and English and willing to travel to plants.
