We are looking for a Founding GTM to help us launch and scale our Cyber Outsourcing Offering.
Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Actively participate in defining our Cyber Outsourcing commercial strategy: positioning, pitch, pricing, qualification process across different markets and customer segments.
Structure the Cyber Outsourcing Sales Cycle: Define and implement the sales process for our subscription-based cyber offerings (Manage €9.90 & Secure €24.90 per device/month), from prospecting to closing, adapting our approach to SMBs’ cybersecurity and IT management needs.
Internal Sales Collaboration: Work hand in hand with other Account Executives who will generate leads, ensure follow-up and conversion of these opportunities.
International Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close traditional SMBs across Europe and the USA that would benefit from our cyber outsourcing solutions, building a solid and qualified pipeline across multiple markets.
Proactive Hunting: Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting traditional SMBs (100-500 employees) across Europe and the USA that need modern cybersecurity, device management, and compliance solutions.
Performance Ownership: Take charge of your revenue targets, manage your pipeline end-to-end across multiple markets, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
You are a top performer, excellent at Sales, and used to working in challenging environments.
You have a scientific background or a degree from a tier 1 Business School.
You have already gained relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (startup, scale‑up, venture capital, consulting) and are familiar with launching projects from scratch.
You have already developed and executed outbound strategies in your previous experiences.
You understand that speed matters and are able to make decisions under uncertainty.
You are an ambitious competitor, you like to be operational, and you are resourceful.
You have an analytical mind and like to solve problems.
You are curious about the technical aspects of cybersecurity outsourcing solutions and eager to dig deep to understand how they work in order to sell them effectively to your clients.
You understand subscription business models and the importance of metrics like MRR, churn, and LTV.
You are fluent in French and English (mandatory – our clients and team are international).
You enjoy learning and implementing new sales techniques and methodologies and thrive in an environment with constant feedback loops.
Bonus: A third language (Spanish, German, Italian, or another European language) is a strong plus.
Bonus: You have experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services, or managed services.
You are based in Barcelona or willing to relocate there.
