Experteer Overview As Formula Development Manager, you lead the end‑to‑end creation and launch of new fragrance formulas, from concept to industrialization. You will guide a small R&D team, ensuring stable, performant, and market‑feasible formulations. You collaborate across functions to validate testing, documentation, and production readiness, while staying ahead of scientific advances. - Minimum 5 years of formula development experience in fragrance and/or cosmetics
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or Chemical Engineering
- Spanish and English required; French is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proven problem solving and decision‑making capabilities
