In this role, you'll provide top-tier assistance to our French-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.Whether you're helping troubleshoot an issue, guiding customers through a product feature, or responding to inquiries with accurate and timely information—you’ll play a vital part in delivering a world-class support experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French (and English when needed)Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experienceProvide accurate product and service information and guide users through features or troubleshooting stepsMaintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM systemCollaborate with other departments (tech, logistics, sales) to resolve complex or escalated issuesStay informed on product updates, policies, and procedures through regular trainingContribute to team goals related to service quality, customer satisfaction, and response timeWhat You Bring:Fluent/native-level French (spoken and written)Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)Experience in a customer support or service-related role is a plusGreat interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help othersAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentTech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platformsTeam player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with potential performance bonusesFlexible hybrid work model (minimum onsite days as per team policy)Opportunities for professional growth and internal mobilityPaid training and ongoing coachingMulticultural workplace with colleagues from around the worldA modern, centrally located office in Barcelona, close to public transportationWorking Hours:Full-time: 40 hours per weekMonday to Friday (some weekend shifts may be required depending on the team)
