Lead and supervise the Front Office team:Hire, train, motivate, and schedule front desk associates to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure seamless guest experiences:Oversee arrivals, departures, and in-house interactions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Manage operations and financial transactions:Verify accuracy of cash drawers, booking transactions, and reports, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Provide outstanding guest care:Handle inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Coordinate with other departments:Facilitate smooth communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other hotel departments.
Maximize revenue opportunities:Use suggestive selling techniques to increase occupancy and promote high-value rooms.
Prepare WOW moments:Collect guest information, anticipate needs, and create personalized experiences.
Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel and local area:Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.Are you the person we are looking for?
University/college degree inHospitality .
Proven customer service experience, preferably in5-star hotels .
Strong verbal communication skills inEnglish and Spanish ; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity withOpera PMSor similar hotel systems.
Detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized.
Ability to multi-task, lead teams, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Guest-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
