brAs part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office department of one of our hotels in Salou, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and full alignment with international brand standards.

brLead and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
brEnsure full compliance with international brand standards, procedures, and guest experience expectations.
brCoordinate and optimize check-in, check-out, reservations, guest relations, and internal communication processes.
brTrain, motivate, and develop the Front Office team, fostering a culture focused on service excellence and teamwork.
brMonitor departmental KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, upselling opportunities, and operational performance.
brCollaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Revenue, and Food Beverage departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
brSupervise cash handling procedures, billing controls, and compliance with company policies.
brSupport the hotel leadership team in achieving financial and operational objectives.

brDegree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
brMinimum 3–4 years of experience in Front Office operations within international branded hotels.
brPrevious experience as Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager.
brExperience with hotel openings, rebranding projects, or operational transitions will be highly valued.
brHands-on, operational, and service-driven profile.
brFluent Spanish and English required;
