As a Key Account Manager for Spain, you drive growth with Aerospace & Defense customers by shaping design-in opportunities and long-term revenue. You will partner with FAEs and BU specialists to solve complex application challenges and expand ADI content on new designs. You’ll lead strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and collaborate across global teams to win, govern, and report on progress. This role offers high visibility and a chance to influence ADI’s footprint in defense-focused applications.

Plan and drive ADI design-in and grow market share
Create detailed account plans and advise management on product strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned accounts
Qualify new accounts and manage use of ADI resources
Own end-to-end sales process and negotiations
Drive revenue growth by closing Design In opportunities
Deliver customer presentations to diverse audiences
Cultivate relationships with customer leadership and ADI BUs
Foster executive-level engagement between ADI and customers
Collaborate with global account team and internal groups (support, marketing, PM, service)
Represent ADI at trade shows and industry events
Maintain regular reporting per internal guidelines
Responsabilidades
5+ years in a key/global account management role in the semiconductor industry
Experience in technical sales to Major/Key Accounts
Experience coordinating global sales projects
Ability xcskxlj to negotiate complex contracts at technical/management level
Experience applying ROI and related methodologies
Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry, analog & digital applications
RF experience is a plus
Proven ability to design and deliver customer presentations
Familiarity with customer management, reporting and forecasting systems
Experience collaborating with virtual sales teams in matrix organizations
Fluent in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel ~50%
