This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to combine sales planning and funnel architecture; and sales operations at a fast-paced impact-driven company.You are a people person and a customer person. You are excited about three different stages: GTM planning and funnel setting‑up, sales execution and sales performance retrospective analysis. You thrive on a challenge and getting the customer the best product that fits their needs. You are curious, a problem‑solver, a go‑getter. You are passionate about providing up‑skilling & re‑skilling sustainability related programs (workshops, courses, masters, etc) powered by technology and human‑skills. You have demonstrated track record in sales areas and are excited about working at a consolidated start‑up on a rapidly growing team where our goals, roles, and incredible opportunities evolve every day.What You'll DoDesign and Set‑up GTM according our playbooks and methodology for each program.Set‑up automated e‑mail and WhatsApp workflows, templates and key campaigns in our CRM.Optimize multichannel outreach and communication strategies (including LinkedIn) using AI tools to enhance personalization.Track CRM daily and weekly performance.Supervise and prioritize lead qualification based on level of interest, ICP, and scoring.Conduct sales video‑calls or calls for potential customers and B2C (professionals, consultants and managers - worldwide), showcasing our programs, and services in a compelling and informative manner.Tailor each course to the specific needs and interests of the customer, using active listening skills to understand their pain points and professional goals.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our programs (outcomes, content, benefits, certifications, pricing and payment options), and how they can benefit different types of ICPs and use cases.Follow‑up and close deals according revenue targets of each program (from lead to invoicing) ensuring that prospects will be fully engaged to start the each academic program. Mostly of the sales process is currently automated.Continuously help to improve our sales process and assets: sales pitch, "how to sales playbooks", complementary tactics based on learnings.Run mainly inbound sales tactics and experiments with the support of marketing and generate learnings for next interactions or campaigns.Act as the "voice of the customer," providing input to Product team.Qualifications, Skills, & AbilitiesPrevious experience in full‑cycle sales or account management is required.Proven track record of B2C sales funnel dynamics and process.Experience in sales of intangible services that requieres professional advisory.Comfort with a high velocity sales approach (e.g., 10+ calls/day, 2-4 demos/interviews a day).Excellent communication, organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skillsHigh level of comfort with a polyvalent role in a business with seasonal sales, where there are weeks of intense planning and weeks of intense execution.Preferred experience in: CRMs tools: like Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva or Google Slides / Powerpoint, Google Spreadsheets / Excel, WhatsApp Business, Outbound Calling Tools, AI Tools: Claude, Open IA, Gemini, Data enrichment tools: Clay and similars.Curiosity to test and learn new digital tools.Experience in a startup environment is a plus.Spanish native language (speaking and writing) an english language (speaking and writing)Catalan language is a plus (speaking and writing)Passion for true impact and sustainability.LocationCandidates have to be based in Barcelona or surroundings.Competitive salary package: Salary range: €50K - €60K gross/year including variable bonus.Work directly alongside the experienced founding team, gaining invaluable insights and hands‑on entrepreneurial experience in a purpose‑driven EdTech environment.Enjoy abundant opportunities for learning and growth, allowing you to apply and enhance your skills while making a meaningful impact in the professionate education sector.Be part of a company culture that values innovation, collaboration, and simplicity.Fixed and variable salary based on performance. xcskxlj One free cohort‑based-course in 2 any topic) valued in 1850 Euros.#J-18808-Ljbffr
