We’re looking for a young, hungry, high-energy full-cycle seller who genuinely loves sales and wants to grow fast while helping us scale across Spain and new international markets . The Role You’ll own the full commercial cycle end-to-end: Prospect & generate pipeline (LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, referrals, events) Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities Demo the product and build business cases/ROI narratives Handle objections and drive deals to close Work closely with founders & product to sharpen positioning, pricing, and playbooks Help us open new markets (national + international) and build a repeatable GTM engine What We’re Looking For Must-haves 2+ years in B2B sales as an SDR and/or Account Executive Proven ability to generate pipeline and/or close deals Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and building momentum Native/Fluent Spanish + Fluent English ( MUST ) High ownership: you don’t wait to be told what to do You enjoy being measured and improving weekly (conversion rates, pipeline created, win rate) Nice-to-haves Experience selling SaaS (ideally sales tech) Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce Outbound sequencing and multichannel experience Interest in international expansion / new market discovery What You’ll Get Hybrid work: 2 days remote + 3 days in-office Competitive base salary + variable commission (paid on closed-won) Real impact: you’ll be close to the founders and influence the GTM strategy A product that sells to sales teams — you’ll learn world-class sales mechanics Fast-growth environment: we’re scaling and plan to move to a bigger office as we grow Who Thrives Here You’re the type of person who: Gets energy from closing Loves learning, iterating, and getting coached Is organized, fast, and consistent Can operate in ambiguity and still create results Wants to become a top performer and grow with the company Location Barcelona (Hybrid) — 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
